Yorkshire 32 Peaks Challenge

Overview

Following last year’s smashing success with the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge, TCF-UK’s Yorkshire Chapter is looking at rising to the occasion a second time. On Saturday, 8th June 2024, join them to complete this infamous challenge, all whilst raising vital funds to support the education of underprivileged children across Pakistan!

This iconic challenge, set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales gives participants the chance to take on Yorkshire’s three tallest peaks, Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent, all in 12 hours.

These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The route is extremely scenic and provides spectacular views over the Yorkshire countryside.

Whilst lasting just 12 hours, this challenge should not be taken lightly! Participants will accomplish an ascent of 1,532m – higher than the UK’s largest mountain, whilst covering the distance of almost a marathon. The terrain is extremely varied involving some steep ascents and descents.

If this sounds great, but the challenge sounds too much, please don’t be discouraged. You will have the option to complete just one, or two of the three peaks if you choose.

If this peaks your interest, please register your interest below, and the team will get back to you with further information. We ask each participant to raise at least £500. We hope to raise £18,500 – enough to support a TCF school for a whole year.

Thank you for your continued support but we are not accepting anymore registrations
